Types of Manuscripts Accepted
IRJCEE accepts the following categories of manuscripts:

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are requested to submit manuscripts that meet the following criteria:
1. Originality
Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere for publication.
2. Language
Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
3. File Format
Authors should submit manuscripts in:
- Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx)
- PDF (.pdf) (optional supporting version)
4. Submission Deadline
The last date for manuscript submission for each monthly issue is the 22nd of every month.
5. Submission Method
Authors should submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system or official editorial email as instructed on the journal website.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Authors should prepare manuscripts in the following format:
General Format
- Paper size: A4
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12 pt
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Margin: 1 inch on all sides
- Text Alignment: Justified
Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should be arranged in the following order:
- Title of the Paper
- Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (4–6 keywords)
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology / Experimental Work
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgement (if any)
- References
Abstract Guidelines
The abstract should:
- Clearly state the objective of the study
- Briefly mention the methodology
- Summarize key findings
- Highlight the significance of the research
The abstract should be concise and should not exceed 250 words.
Keywords
Authors must provide 4 to 6 keywords representing the core content of the manuscript.
Figures, Tables, and Equations
- All figures and tables must be numbered sequentially
- Figures must have clear captions and good resolution
- Tables should be editable and not submitted as images
- Equations should be clearly formatted and numbered where necessary
- All figures, tables, and equations must be cited in the text
References
Authors must follow a standard citation style (IEEE preferred).
Reference Examples
Journal Article:
Author Name, “Title of paper,” Journal Name, vol. x, no. x, pp. xx–xx, year.
Book:
Author Name, Book Title. Publisher, year.
Conference Paper:

Ensure all references are complete, accurate, and cited in the manuscript.
Plagiarism Policy
